Micro Business is one of the biggest driving sectors in Jember Regency. The authority of the Jember Regency government is only in the micro business sector. Currently, the Jember Regency government is more focused on growing new entrepreneurs and developing businesses with various kinds of training, technical guidance and product diversification in order to improve the economy of the Jember community. The aim of this research is to find out how the marketing strategy of Bakso Bangkit Jember business actors increases their turnover. The type of research is qualitative with data collection methods namely interviews, documentation and observation as well as SWOT analysis. The results of this research show that the strategic analysis carried out was very effective and the SWOT analysis was applied to increase turnover in the "Bakso Bangkit Jember" business, namely by innovating and modifying ingredients, maintaining or improving product quality and promoting products both offline and online.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of work culture, training on affective commitment and employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Jember Regency. This study used a census method sample, with respondents from 103 employees. Using a questionnaire to collect data and quantitative techniques such as instrument testing, and hypothesis testing to analyze data. The amount of p-value is obtained from the output on WarpPLS 07, then the direct and indirect effects of the relationship between the variables can be known. The results of the study indicate that work culture has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment. Training has a positive impact on affective commitment. Work culture affects employee performance. Training carried out by the organization has an impact on employee performance. Finally, affective commitment has an impact on employee performance.

Analisis Network Planning adalah metode yang penting dalam manajemen proyek untuk mengatur dan mengawasi alur kerja proyek dengan efisien. Metode ini menggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM) atau Metode Jalur Kritis, sebuah teknik untuk merencanakan urutan kegiatan proyek berdasarkan waktu dan ketergantungan antar kegiatan. Diagram CPM digunakan untuk menggambarkan jaringan kegiatan proyek, dengan menunjukkan hubungan antara berbagai kegiatan serta mengidentifikasi jalur kritis, yaitu serangkaian kegiatan yang paling mempengaruhi waktu penyelesaian proyek secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki aplikasi CPM dalam analisis network planning dengan fokus pada proyek konstruksi. Metode analisis ini membantu manajer proyek untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan krusial yang harus diprioritaskan dan dikelola dengan baik guna menghindari penundaan dan melampaui anggaran. Diagram CPM juga memfasilitasi pemantauan kemajuan proyek secara berkala dan memberikan kerangka kerja yang jelas untuk melakukan penjadwalan ulang jika diperlukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus untuk menunjukkan efektivitas CPM dalam memprediksi waktu penyelesaian proyek dan mengelola sumber daya dengan optimal. Hasil dari analisis ini dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi profesional proyek untuk meningkatkan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan proyek secara keseluruhan.

Cellulose is an abundant natural polymer that can be applied in various fields. Cellulose has many types and derivatives, one of which is cellulose acetate. Cellulose can be obtained from various natural sources such as kepok banana peel. The a-cellulose content in kepok banana peel is high enough at 94% so that it can be utilized as a cellulose acetate raw material. Modification of cellulose acetate using antibacterial agents is needed, considering that cellulose does not have antibacterial properties. Metal oxide materials such as ZnO nanoparticles are used as antibacterial agents. This study added ZnO nanoparticles to cellulose acetate and tested its antibacterial activity. The characteristics of ZnO were analyzed by UV-Vis, PSA, and FTIR. The characteristics of cellulose acetate and composites were analyzed by FTIR and XRD. Antibacterial activity tests were performed on all samples. The results showed the band gap value of ZnO was 3.37 eV. The average size of ZnO nanoparticle distribution using PSA was 96.23 nm with an average PI value of 0.151. An indicator that the ZnO compound and cellulose acetate have been sucessfully mixed is the absorption band at wave number 488 cm−1. A composite crystal size of 24.14 nm and a crystallinity percentage of 34.05% were found using XRD data. S. aureus bacteria are more inhibited by all evaluated substances antibacterial properties than E. coli germs. ZnO/Cellulose Acetate composite is categorized as strong inhibition, while ZnO nanoparticles are categorized as medium inhibition.

Mangos are one of horticultural products that are leading the Indonesian agricultural industry. Simple post-harvest handling leads to high damage. The most common causes is anthracnose disease caused by Colletotrichum sp. Therefore, it’s necessary to modify the existing methods in postharvest handling such as coating. Adding active agents such as carbon dot (CD) in coating material to prevent anthracnose from growing and shorten the shelf life. This study aims to investigate the applicability and antifungal properties of CD as a composite coating. CDs were synthesized using chitosan as the carbon source in a one-pot hydrothermal technique. The CDs have blue-emitting luminescence caused by the functional group at the surface of CD. The CDs were used to prepare chitosan/pectin (Chi/Pec)-based composite coatings. The addition of CDs increased the viscosity and density of composites, increased the blue-emitting luminescence, and showed potential antioxidant activity. The CDs and composite coatings exhibited high antifungal activity against Colletotrichum sp. by agar well diffusion method and were classified as very strong antifungal agents. The chitosan/pectin/CDs-coating effectively reduced the growth of black spots on the surface of mangos and increased the fruit shelf life of the fruit by 24 days. The CDs are evidently safe, affordable, and value-added nanomaterials that can be used to prepare active packaging applications.

Nowadays, development of technology is increasingly advanced, it is the main attraction for local and foreign entrepreneurs to invest in the industrial sector, one of which is in the fashion industry in Indonesia which has an important role in economic growth in the country. One strategy to grow the current buying and selling industry quickly is to sell products online on social media and e-commerce platforms used by the Erigo company. This study aims to examine and analyze the factors influencing of celebrity endorser, information quality and brand image on purchasing decisions of Erigo Brand product in Shopee. The quantitative and regression analysis were used as the research method in this study. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method and 70 respondents as a sample source was distribution online questionnaires via WhatsApp to Shopee users in Aceh. The data analyzed with Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that the celebrity endorser, information quality and brand image significantly influence on purchase decision in Shopee users. The finding of study can be a reference for future researchers who will study similar problems. The finding of study can be a reference for future researchers who will study similar problems related to the determining factors of the online purchasing decision process in marketplaces in Indonesia. It is hoped that the results of this research can help companies maintain brand image and provide quality information that can strengthen consumer trust so that the online shopping decision process continues to improve.

Bimbingan belajar merupaka proses pemberian bantuan kepada siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah-masalah belajar yang dihadapi siswa, sehingga tercapai tujuan belajar yang diinginkan. Di masa pandemi sekarang ini, dampaknya juga dirasakan oleh para siswa-siswi dari jenjang pendidikan SD hingga SMA. Para siswa dipaksa untuk melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar online dari rumah masing masing. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensejahterakan pendidikan siswa-siswi di desa yang terkena dampak dari adanya pandemi Covid-19 ini. Lokasi pengabdian KKN Mandiri ini yaitu Desa Simpang Mesuji. Hasil dari pengabdian ini dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan kegiatan dimana antusias dan semangat dari para siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan bimbingan belajar ini. Selain itu siswa yang diajarkan sudah sedikit demi sedikit menguasai materi yang diberikan mulai dari berhitung hingga menggunakan percakapan Bahasa Inggris sederhana. Sama halnya dengan pelajaran komputer, para siswa telah dapat mengoperasikan komputer walaupun hanya sampai MS. word.

Fish oil is an extraction that comes from the tissue in fish which contains nutrients that are good for health. Catfish (Pangasius pangasius) is a type of fish that is widely cultivated in Indonesia. The oil content in catfish is quite a lot so it is suitable for use in making fish oil. Health supplements are products with the aim of maintaining, improving health as well in addition to the need for this substance. This research aims to determine the process of make fish oil, increasing the selling value of catfish as a health supplement. The test parameter in this research were to determine the free fatty acid, water content, and organoleptic content of fish oil. This research was conducted on three treatments with different types of raw materials, namely the body parts of catfish including belly, trimming and fish head. The most yield results are at fish oil with belly materials for catfish, is 35%. The water content and free fatty acids contained in fish oil in each treatment met the existing standards. From the results of observations of turbidity, color, and odor, it is known that fish oil obtained from the belly is better than fish oil from other parts.

Jeruju (Acanthus ilicifolius) is abundant in mangrove ecosystems in Indonesia and has high antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, the many uses of hazardous chemicals in anti-acne creams are the reason for the need of alternative natural ingredients for making anti-acne creams. So that in this study the use of jeruju leaf extract was added as an active ingredient of anti-acne cream. This research method was carried out by extracting the leaves of jeruju using ethanol solvent then made anti acne cream with extract concentrations of 1%, 5%, 10%, 15%. After that, sensory testing, TPC, antioxidant activity and antibacterial activity against acne-causing bacteria, namely Propionibacterium acne were carried out. The results of the antibacterial activity test of the four concentrations against P.acne produced inhibition zones with a range of values, namely 10.35-12.72 mm.. In testing the antioxidant activity, the best results were obtained at a concentration of 15% extract with an IC50 value of 98.80 ppm. From these results it can be concluded that jeruju is proven to inhibit P.acne bacteria, so that it has the potential to be used as an active ingredient in making anti-acne creams. Suggestions that can be given for further research are to make jeruju extract into a form that is more acceptable to consumers in terms of odor and color without reducing its content.

Designing a fuel-based electric motorcycle frame needs to be modified to be able to place electrical components. Design and simulation of frame design variations are needed to obtain optimal frame strength by having the lowest stress, lowest deformation, and highest safety factor. The research objective is to obtain a frame design with optimal frame strength. The research method uses a comparative method in the form of three frame design variations simulated by Ansys Workbench. The frame simulation uses two types of loads, namely normal loads (146.2 kg) and heavy loads (316.2 kg). The simulation material uses AISI 4130 material. The selected and optimal frame design is the frame with the lowest maximum von Mises stress value and not more than the yield stress, the lowest maximum total deformation, and the highest minimum safety factor and 2.5. From the research results, it was found that design 2 was the design with the best strength compared to design 1 and design 3. Simulation with normal load (146.2 kg) obtained a maximum von Mises stress of 50.38 MPa, maximum total deformation of 0.036 mm, minimum safety factor of 8.237. While the heavy load simulation (316.2 kg) obtained a maximum von Mises stress of 144.64 MPa, a maximum total deformation of 0.863 mm, a minimum safety factor of 2.869.
