Islamic boarding school is a place of learning in which there are very many facilities and services. Good mastery of language, creativity, religion, leadership and all kinds of knowledge must already exist in the boarding school. The current condition of many Islamic boarding schools does not yet have a specific and integrated information system architecture in Islamic boarding schools in accordance with the needs and objectives of Islamic boarding schools, the cause is because Islamic boarding schools have not yet focused on the process of developing their information systems. Therefore we need an information system in Islamic boarding school. In this study the author raised the information system design of Islamic boarding school by using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output that can be achieved from the design of Islamic Boarding School Information System is to produce a model and basic framework (blue print) in developing integrated boarding school information systems to support the needs of Islamic Boarding Schools.

The purpose of this study is to design a School Information System database architecture based on National School Standards. National School Standards are used as a reference in determining business processes in a school, especially elementary and midle-high school. These processes then describe the entity and its attributes. The database used is a Relational Database so that entities and attributes are drawn as a table that has relationships between entities. To model relationships between entities, use Entity Relational Diagrams. The results of this study are the realization of database architecture with national school standards. This database architecture design is expected to be a reference in building School Information Systems that are in accordance with National School Standards.

Schools must have a process model which describes the structured flow that is appropriate in every action to be taken in activities at the school, especially in payment process SPP. Even though it has entered the millennial era, there are still many schools that use the SPP payment process model using the manual method, because they have to adjust to the environment. To get the appropriate process model, an information system configuration is needed in which an information system can create an appropriate process model. To configure an information system, it must obtain configuration data from the environment obtained through Questionnaire-Driven. From the data obtained from Questionnaire-Driven, an information system configuration process is carried out to determine the payment process model of the school SPP payment system.

Islamic boarding school is one of the educational institutions in Indonesia as a means of learning Islam. Every Islamic boarding school in Indonesia has a different growth. The growth in the needs of Islamic boarding schools is strongly influenced by the number of new students enrolling, so it is necessary to plan and analyze the growth of the needs of Islamic boarding schools as a determinant of planning for further handling. This study aims to determine the growth of existing facilities in the boarding school in the specified operational standards. The stages of this research are knowing the history of Islamic boarding schools to determine the initial formation until they become qualified boarding schools, then we can draw a chart using Graphs to see the growing needs of each period. In the calculation, the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method also has a role to analyze the value generated from the Graph calculation as a benchmark for each growth period, so as to produce growth charts of the needs of Islamic boarding schools in each period. From this research, it can be used to actualize further business architecture.

Islamic boarding schools are religious institutions that provide education and teaching and develop and spread Islam. As an institution, Islamic boarding schools have many activities in them. In each activity requires an organizational structure to manage activities so that they are carried out properly. The process of selecting the person in charge is generally directly chosen by the board but this has both positive and negative sides. The positive side shortens the time in the election because there is no selection in determining the person responsible. The negative side of the direct appointment process is that it cannot see the abilities possessed by the candidates in charge of leadership, organization, and so on. This can only be known with the selection process, what often happens is the selection of the person in charge who does not have the appropriate ability. Under these circumstances, we need a system that can help boarding school administrators in facilitating the selection and appointment of the person in charge. In this study, profile matching is used to calculate the compatibility of the profile of the work and the profile of the person in charge. Each person in charge who is sought has each criterion consisting of core factors and secondary factors. The results obtained from this study are decision support systems that produce responsible recommendations in accordance with the criteria for each activity in the boarding school.

Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in which religious values are taught as guidelines to be applied in everyday life. Islamic boarding schools are also analogous to enterprise in which there must be a business process to achieve the objectives of the establishment of boarding schools themselves. The design of business processes in Islamic boarding schools may be able to produce the desired results but sometimes it is not in accordance with the desired costs or desired time. These problems can be overcome by running a business process simulation, which aims to help the analysis and understanding of business process models. Anylogic is used in this study to simulate the boarding school business processes and use the Business Process Improvement (BPI) method to analyze problems in business processes and methods BPMN (Business Process and Notation Model) as a tool to describe or create business process flow models in graphical form.

The design of school information systems enterprise architecture is carried out to find detailed information about school activities based on government regulatory standards. So that the existing information system in the school business is in accordance with the existing standards of the government and there will be no errors in school activities later, a research is carried out that implements TOGAF ADM as a method in building the architecture of school information systems enterprise. Then the results obtained by business architecture include PSB (Acceptance of New Students), PA (Academic Process), PS (Release of Students), MTU (Management of Administration), MSP (Management of Facilities and Infrastructure), LAB (Laboratory), and the acquisition of architecture data, application architecture and technology architecture. So it can be concluded that the TOGAF ADM Method was successfully implemented in the School Information System Architecture and the School Information System Architecture can be used as a guide in the development and development of information systems in terms of data and information management in schools.

School is an educational institution established by the government / private sector with age-appropriate levels. Every school has a business process, such as the admission process for new students, the teaching and learning process by students and teachers, the process of supporting facilities for educational processes, is the pattern of every set of business process architecture in the school. Each school needs standardization which is continuously improved to match the national school standard (SSN) that has been set by the government in Government Regulation No. 19 of 2005. Good school standardization can be seen from the growing patterns of business architecture with high complexity, in mark the number of students, integrated teaching curriculum, and complete infrastructure to support school activities. So in this study, conducting an analysis of the growth patterns of business architecture in schools in order to facilitate decision making and as a reference in the education process so that schools can be well standardized, by measuring the level of maturity of the capabilities of processes in the architectural pattern of school business processes using Capability Maturity Model (CMM), the result of this study is an analysis of the growth patterns of school business architecture with the maturity of business process patterns in accordance with national school standards, which can provide information as a support in business process activities in schools

Schools are formal educational institutions that are very important for the nation's children. Schools can successfully carry out the education process well, certainly not apart from the factors that support the success of the education process. In schools there are also several activities that will be carried out. It is necessary to arrange school working hours to carry out all these activities. This is in accordance with Ministerial Regulation No. 23 of 2017 concerning School Days, which regulates schools 8 hours a day for 5 days a week, and is officially implemented in the 2017-2018 school year. In addition to teaching, educators also become a committee in carrying out other activities at the School. It is necessary to assess criteria for each position including the amount of workload so that the burden of each person can be evenly and optimally. This problem can be solved by building a Decision Support System (SPK) application using the Profile Matching method. In this study, Profile Matching is used to recommend the best name for a position in the committee based on rank. Assessment is based on aspects of each position, which consists of core factors and secondary factors. Using this method can produce an optimal committee composition according to available resources and schedules.
