Tujuan_Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) untuk menguji tingkat validitas danreliabilitas instrumen penelitian gaya kepemimpinan manajer, dan (2) untukmengetahui kondisi gaya kepemimpinan manajer bangian Packing CV. SungaiIndah Desain/Metode_Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Unit analisisadalah manajer bagian packing CV.Sungai Indah. Teknik pengambilan sampeladalah sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 60 responden. Sumber data adalah primerdan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Analisisdata menggunakan metode deskriptif. Temuan_Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) instrumen penelitian yang disusun untuk mengukur gayakepemimpinan manajer bagian packing CV Sungai Indah terbukti valid danreliable., dan (2) Manajer bagian packing CV. Sungai Indah memiliki gayakepemimpinan transformasional yang lebih kuat dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinantransaksional Implikasi_Untuk memperkuat gaya kepemimpinan transaksional, manajer bagianpacking CV. Sungai Indah harus lebih meningkatkan aktivitas pengawasanpekerjaan bawahannya dan lebih melakukan antisipasi tindakan yang harusdilakukan sebelum kegagalan terjadi Originalitas_Penelitian dengan topic gaya kepemimpinan belum pernah dilakukanpada CV Sungai Indah Tipe Penelitian_Studi Empiris

Tujuan_penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui persepsi pelanggan Molto Eau de Parfum atas kualitas produk, promosi penjualan dan loyalitas pelanggan, dan (2) mengetahui kontribusi kualitas produk dan promosi penjualan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Molto Eau de Parfum baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Desain/Metode_Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dskriptif verifikatif, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan sampel insidental dan purposive. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus iterasi sehingga jumlah responden yang diteliti adalah 116 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan ialah data primer dan data skunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan_Menurut persepsi pelanggan, Kualitas produk Molto Eau de Parfum berada dalam kategori cukup baik, promosi penjualan berada dalam kategori baik, sedangkan loyalitas pelanggan berada dalam kategori cukup tinggi. Secara simultan kualitas produk dan promosi penjualan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Secara parsial, hanya promosi penjualan yang memiliki kontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Molto Eau de Parfum. Implikasi_Implikasi penelitian secara empiris menunjukan bahwa jika perusahaan ingin meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, sebaiknya lebih focus pada peningkatan program promosi penjualan seperti program kupon dan lain-lain. Implikasi penelitian teoritis, berharap dalam penelitian selanjutnya agar sampel penelitian lebih banyak dan waktu penelitiannya lebih lama. Tujuannya agar hasil dari penelitiannya lebih maksimal dan lebih baik lagi.. Tujuan_Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui validitas dan reliabilitas variabel Green Product, dan Keputusan Pembelian AMDK Ades, (2) Bagaimana pengaruh green product terhadap keputusan pembelian AMDK Ades.Desain/Metode_Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif - verifikatif, unit analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa di Kota Bandung yang pernah mengkonsumsi AMDK Ades, dengan pengambilan sample menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan teknik aksidental sampling sebanyak 90 orang responden. Alat analisisnya menggunakan regresi linear sederhana.Temuan_Seluruh item pernyataan variabel green product dan keputusan pembelian dinyatakan valid dan reliable. Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara green product dan keputusan pembelian artinya semakin tinggi nilai green product maka semakin tinggi tingkat keputusan pembelian konsumen AMDK Ades.Implikasi_Konsumen harus lebih bijak dalam memilih produk ramah lingkungan ditengah ketatnya persaingan perusahaan. ABSTRAK Dampak dari perkembangan teknologi otomotif mengakibatkan kebutuhan bahan bakar juga semakin meningkat. Dalam hal ini zat aditif digunakan untuk memberikan peningkatan sifat dasar dan nilai angka oktan tinggi untuk dapat meningkatkan kinerja mesin. Variabel penelitian meliputi variabel bebas yaitu prosentase campuran zat aditif dan premium sedangkan variabel terikat berupa emisi gas buang. Data yang diperoleh akan diplotkan pada grafik. dan akan dijadikan acuan untuk menilai besarnya pengaruh pemakaian zat aditif terhadap emisi gas buang yang dihasilkan. Dengan penambahan zat aditif akan memperbaiki proses pembakaran yang akan menurunkan kadar CO, CO2, HC, meningkatkan konsumsi oksigen (O2) dan akan menghilangkan senyawa NOx. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di dapat bahwa penurunan senyawa emisi gas buang yang signifikan terjadi pada Kadar CO yang di hasilkan oleh bensin yang telah di campur zat aditif konsentrasi (0.2 g :100 ml) pada putaran 1.000 rpm adalah 0.60% dengan penurunan sebesar 0.09%. Nilai penurunan yang terjadi pada putaran 1.000 rpm pembakaran menjadi lebih baik karena panas yang di hasilkan lebih stabil.

The school committee is a body or a non-profit and non-political, in the formbased on consultation and democratic by education stakeholders at unit level of education as arepresentation of the various elements responsible for the improvement of the quality of theprocess and outcomes of education. The school committee was formed to facilitate and increasethe participation of the stakeholders of the school to participate in formulating, establish,implement, and monitor implementation of school policy and accountability that focuses onquality of service to learners are proportionate and open. This study aims to reveal the exactrole will be undertaken by a committee of SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako accordance withKepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002 which states that the school committee acts as a conduit ofconsideration (advisory agency), support (supporting agency), controller (controlling angency ),and mediator. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research instrument isself researchers themselves and informants, data collection techniques of documentation andinterviews. These results indicate that the committee SMAN 1 Bangko Pusako not fully carryout their roles and functions in accordance with Kepmendiknas No. 044 / U / 2002. This is dueto the school committee is not active and effective, the school committee does not know whatis the role and function of the school committee even school committee does not have AD /ART and lack of coordination and good communication with the school. Besides the pattern ofschool leadership which is not transparent and does not involve the committee in any programplanning and implementation and decision making result in the school committee can not playproperly and effectively.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the contribution of labor disciplineand organizational culture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work in SMP Negeri 2Bangkinang City Kampar regency. The population with the number of 64 teachers usingsaturation sampling technique. Samples are 64 respondents. Data were obtained fromquestionnaires or questionnaire using Likert scale. Analysis of data using multipleregression analysis using SPSS. Results from the study showed that: (1) there is a positivecontribution to the discipline of work on the effectiveness of the work of teachers of0.206 with a contribution of 20.6%. (2) there is a positive contribution betweenorganizational culture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work at .501 with a contributionof 50.1%. (3) there is a positive contribution to the discipline of work and organizationalcultures together on the effectiveness of teachers’ work at .552 with a contribution of55.2%. The conclusion of the variables contributing work discipline and organizationalculture on the effectiveness of teachers’ work has a positive direction.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in the national and regional economy occupy a strategic position. This is because the 10 subdistricts have a very significant contribution in providing employment opportunities and employment, expanding business opportunities and equity, and are a source of income for most people. Thus, the development of UMKM is a necessity in the framework of improving the people's economy, acceleration and growth as well as improving the regional economy. UMKM cover almost all sectors/sub-sectors of the regional economy. In each sector/sub-sector of the economy includes commodities, products or types of businesses that are very diverse. In order to further enhance the effectiveness of coaching for the development of UMKM, it is necessary to focus on the commodity, product or type of business that is featured, so that the fostering and development program becomes more focused. Thus the Government can prioritize economic policies through the development of featured products in an area as an effort to create jobs and improve community welfare in order to reduce the number/level of poverty in the area. Implementation of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) in December 2015 brings the impact and substantial changes to the management of higher education, especially Postgraduate Program of University of Riau. Even though the development of a postgraduate study program is a demand, but in practice must refer to the Law on Higher Education and the Regulation of the Minister concerned. The government with all of its authorities restructures the higher education system to avoid implementation of higher education institution that does not comply with applicable regulations. The most principle aspects in the development and management of studies program at the University of Riau are associated to (a) the development of educational infrastructures and facilities (b) home-base lecturers (c) curriculum, and (d) the achievement of accreditation. The competition appeared between public and private university has become an open competition, including with other universities abroad. Students can choose a study program based on qualifications and reputation earned by each institution without distinguishing public or private, domestic or foreign university. The open competition will bring a real impact on the university’s existence in the future. Policy of development and establishment of study program has to be done by comprehensive evaluation because reputation and competency of graduates are not enough with the educational process, but it should also establish cooperation with abroad institutions that can raise its rating and existence as a provider of qualified higher education. Therefore, various conditions relating to the educational process, quality, recognition of the business world and others should be a forward concern.

This research conducted at PT. Tiga Serangkai in Riau province. The goal is to know the direct effect of product quality, price, and promotion to purchasing decision and consumer loyalty. The population is 369 consumers. The sample was taken as many as 192 consumers. Variables used are product quality, price, promotion of purchasing decision and loyalty. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which operated through AMOS 20 programs. The results showed that there is influence of product quality, price and promotion to purchasing decision and consumer loyalty. But there is no positive and significant influence between promotion variable to consumer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence between the purchase decision variable on consumer loyalty, the better the consumer purchasing decision will increase consumer loyalty consumers.

This study was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to trust. To analyze the influence of corporate image and satisfaction to loyalty and influence of farmer's confidence to farmer loyalty at palm oil mill Sei Galuh.The population of this research is 4.000 farmers. The sample size that will be used is 364 people. Data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the authors in this study are by using Questionnaire. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative. Descriptive is used to provide an overview of the data. Quantitative, i.e. analysis by collecting, categorizing and tabulating data, using the WarpPLS approach. Data analysis using WarpPLS approach.WarpPLS is an alternative approach that shifts from a Covariant-based SEM approach to variance-based.The results of this study show the image of the company affects the trust. These results prove that the better the image of the company then the confidence of farmers to the company will increase. Satisfaction affects trust. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the farmer's confidence in the company will increase. Corporate image affects loyalty. These results prove that the better the image of the company the higher the loyalty of farmers to the company. Satisfaction affects loyalty. This proves that the better the satisfaction of farmers, the loyalty of farmers to the company will increase. And Trust affects the loyalty of farmers. These results prove that the higher the confidence of farmers to the company, the higher the level of loyalty of farmers to the company.
