Critical thinking has been a serious problem for college English Education students in Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka as they were required to critically write a research report for their final project. In order to know their critical thinking ability related to gender, this study described critical thinking among male students and female students. For that purpose, 6 college students (3 male and 3 female) of semester VI have been selected to participate this research by answering a Critical Thinking Mindset Self–Rating Form proposed by Facione and Facione (2014, p. 14) which consisted of 20 ‘yes or no’ questions to measure the students’ level of critical thinking. The finding indicated the disposition of college students both male and female toward critical thinking was considerably different.

This research discusses Bultmann's theological hermeneutics, namely Dhemitology, a philosophical theory that examines issues in the Holy Scriptures which are sacred in the form of myths and are still a mystery to be proven by exploring their original and hidden meanings. This theory aims to interpret the ideas, motifs and stories in revelation so that they become clear and transparent and still remain within the limits of an approach that focuses on the objectification of language. This research uses the library research method (library study). In the form of a series of activities related to data collection methods from library books. The resulting analysis is that the order of worship in Islam is not just a mere Shari'a, but after a thorough study of its meaning, it is found that there are many benefits contained in it, as well as scientific rationale.

This article aims to examine the Sui Generis of Islamic Boarding School-Based Schools: A Comparative Study of An-Nida Middle School and Takhassus Al-Qur'an MTs Wonosobo, by focusing on the characteristics of the institution, which previous researchers did not emphasize. This article is field research with a qualitative approach that focuses on intentionality through in-depth interviews. The research findings show that Islamic boarding school-based schools have distinctive characteristics (Sui Generis) that differentiate them from other educational institutions. Each of these institutions has characteristics that make them continue to exist and have different consumers. This diversity makes masterpieces created by central figures from each of these institutions. The meeting point of this diversity, namely that they all have the same goal, in the context of tafaqquh fi al-din (deepening religious knowledge). Through in-depth interviews it was found that Sui Generis at An-Nida' Islamic Boarding School Middle School, was based on the Kulliyatul Mu’allimin Al-Islamiyah (KMI) method, while at MTs Takhassus Al-Qur'an, it emphasized mastery of the yellow book. Research implications: the importance of understanding differences from Islamic boarding school-based schools as Sui Generis, not as a division. The research recommends that experts and researchers research further into more specific areas and deeper essence.

This study seeks to investigate the evolution of studies on ecotourism policy in Indonesia. Using the Scopus and Google Scholar databases, a systematic literature review was conducted to identify articles relating to ecotourism policies in Indonesia. This study's results mapped out the discussions that had taken place and identified the three main subtopics that researchers had discussed. First, "Focusing on Conservation" discusses the significance of protecting nature and minimizing the environmental impact of tourism. Second, "Strengthening the Communities" emphasizes that engaging local communities in decision-making and empowering them economically can increase tourism participation. Third, "Ensuring Regulatory Control" discusses law enforcement, policymaking, and government oversight of sustainable tourism. This study discusses the type of main issue of ecotourism policy studies in Indonesia. This discussion map emphasizes the significance of striking a balance between nature conservation, local community empowerment, and regulation control in ecotourism development. The identification of research gap and future research direction also proposed here. Thus, this study's findings can serve as the basis for future research and contribute to the formulation of more effective policies for promoting sustainable ecotourism in Indonesia.

Arabic is the second international language in the world and is the language for the source of Muslim law, so it is studiedfrom elementary school to university. However, many Arabic language education scholars experience difficulty in generating financial returns and lack creativity. If it continues, many graduates will be unemployed due to the lack of job opportunities. Therefore, Indonesia implements the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum as a solution in higher education, but this is still a transition from the Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia (KKNI) curriculum. This study aims to understand the role of the Arabic language study program at IAIN Kediri in developing Arabic in the era of business and industry. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach through questionnaires, interviews, and observations to obtain valid data. The results showed that the Entrepreneurship Course Program (KWU) in the Arabic language education study program at the Kediri State Islamic Institute provided maximum results in developing entrepreneurial abilities according to student expectations. This research provides an overview of the implementation of Arabic language development in business and industry through marketing and management in the fields of translation, tutoring, tourism and language seminars with the hope that it can be implemented into business and industry in the future.

AbstractLand is one of the most important natural resources for human existence, more than just a place to live. This relationship includes the resources necessary for human survival. The prosperity of the people over land will be realized with the guarantee of proof of control of land rights. The issuance of proof of land rights is carried out to avoid land rights disputes that will occur in the community. In its regulation, the central government and local governments have the authority to provide legal certainty in the form of written evidence of control of a plot of land by the community. At the central government level, the authority is exercised by the National Land Agency, while at the local level it is delegated to the local government (Pemda) based on the principle of decentralization. So that in this study raises the formulation of the problem: (1) What are the factors that cause land disputes and how efforts can be made to optimize the prevention of land disputes This research is part of legal research. The method used is the normative juridical method, by examining the norms of legislation in the field of land disputes. Handling disputes in the land sector is a shared responsibility and authority between the National Land Agency (BPN) together with the Regional Government in accordance with statutory regulations. The position of the State Land Agency (BPN) as the only body or organization authorized to carry out the task of managing the land sector. BPN and local governments should work together in increasing their efforts to minimize land disputes. land dispute prevention efforts are an action taken to avoid land disputes between individuals or people with legal entities. Prevention efforts that can be done by the local government are the issuance of proof of rights for all people of North Sumatra, and launching pilot villages. Prevention efforts by the BPN are carried out by increasing the target of community land registration so that all land parcels are certified.

Fe3O4 is the strongest magnet among other iron oxides. Magnetite Fe3O4 is applied as a permanent magnet. The hysteresis curve of the permanent magnet Fe3O4 has a coercivity field that is not too large so that the material has a good chance to be applied as an absorbent material for RADAR waves. Micromagnetic simulations were carried out on Fe3O4 material in the form of thin film against hysteresis curves and ferromagnetic resonances at various thickness variations and side length variations, and the relationship was seen with changes in the bandwidth of the radar wave absorption frequency if the thickness variation of the simulated material had the same multiple as the experimental material. The thickness variations in this study were 60 nm, 90 nm, and 120 nm, where the variations in the experiment were 0.6 mm, 0.9 mm, and 1.2 mm. Micromagnetic simulation runs were performed to obtain the hysteresis curve and resonance frequency of the Fe3O4 material. The simulation results show that the resonant frequency increases with increasing thickness (fixed side length). Meanwhile, the relationship between the resonant frequency and the side length of the thin film is inversely related. Changes in the resonant frequency of Fe3O4 material are closely related to changes in the absorption frequency band of Fe3O4 material. The hysteresis curve obtained shows that the Fe3O4 material is a hard magnetic material.
