This research aimed to investigate the effects of leadership style and empowerment on job satisfaction and performance in Madura's traditional jamu centres. The study employed a questionnaire to collect data from 69 workers. The findings, with T-Statistics (3.755) > T-Table (1.96), demonstrated that leadership style had a favourable and substantial impact on performance. However, according to T-Statistics (0.843) < T-Table (1.96), leadership style did not significantly impact satisfaction. T-Statistics (11.138) exceeded T-Table (1.96), suggesting a significant and positive influence of empowerment on performance. T-Statistics (1.167) revealed that empowerment had no discernible impact on commitment. < T-Table 1.96. T-Statistics (3.459) > T-Table (1.96) indicates a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and performance. Job satisfaction was a major mediating factor in the effect of empowerment on performance, but it was not a mediating factor in the impact of leadership style on performance. Madura's traditional jamu centres could benefit from this research by selecting a leadership style and giving their staff more authority.

The objective of this research is to determine the impact of incentives and remuneration on the performance of employees in retail enterprises located in Pamekasan Regency. The research utilises quantitative methodologies such as surveys and multiple linear regression analysis. The research used a population of 364 retail workers in Pamekasan Regency and selected a sample of 191 employees using the Slovin algorithm. The research findings suggest that partial incentives have a beneficial and substantial impact on performance. Incentives have a favourable and substantial impact on performance. Additionally, this research discovered that incentives and remuneration had a substantial impact on employee performance. The findings of this research have practical relevance for retail firm management in formulating incentive and pay strategies to enhance employee performance.

Cerebral Palsy adalah penyandang disabilitas fisik yang memiliki gangguan pada otak sehingga otot mereka terbilang kaku atau sulit digerakan, Saat ini Masyarakat masih beranggapan bahwa penyandang disabilitas memiliki kesetaraan kedua dari manusia umumnya dan dilandasi dengan informasi tentang disabilitas masih sangat minim untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap penyandang disabilitas fisik, khususnya Cerebral Palsy, untuk menyadarkan bahwa mereka memiliki hak yang setara di bidang, Pendidikan, pekerjaan dan kesempatan mendapat aksesbilitas yang sama dengan masyarakat umum. penelitian ini menciptakan sebuah pandangan tentang kehidupan sehari-hari dan karakteristik para penyandang Cerebral Palsy melalui visualisasi dan seni fotografi. Metode dalam penelitian ini melalui beberapa tahapan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Konsep inovatif ini menggunakan informasi yang terdapat dibuku digital serta emosional dalam gambar untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan mengingatkan masyarakat tentang kesetaraan yang sama untuk penyandang disabilitas Cerebral Palsy

AbstractBackground: Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease involving increased blood glucose levels caused by impaired insulin secretion or insulin production performance.Purpose: To see the relationship between time up and go test scores and the risk of falling in women with type 2 diabetes.Method: Observational study with correlation method. The sample of this study was 15 women with type 2 diabetes mellitus at the Siger Physio Bandar Lampung clinic. The type of data used in this study is primary data, data obtained directly from respondents and is the result of observations and interviews with respondents through the Morse Fall Scale form and after conducting a balance test with the time up and go test.Results: Based on the gamma & somers'd test, a significance value of 0.02 was obtained (p <0.05) which means that there is a significant relationship between the time up and go test score and the risk of falling in women with type 2 diabetes.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between balance and the risk of falling in women with type 2 diabetes mellitus for 60 minutes within 4 weeks at the Siger Physio Bandar Lampung clinic. Pendahuluan: Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik yang melibatkan peningkatan kadar glukosa darah yang disebabkan oleh gangguan pada sekresi insulin atau kinerja produksi insulin.Tujuan: Untuk melihat hubungan skor time up and go test, terhadap resiko jatuh pada wanita diabetes tipe 2.Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan metode korelasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 15 wanita dengan diabetes militus tipe 2 di klinik Siger Fisio Bandar Lampung. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer, data didapat langsung dari responden dan merupakan hasil observasi serta wawancara dari responden melalui form morse fall scale dan dan setelah melakukan tes keseimbangan dengan time up and go testHasil: Berdasarkan uji gamma & somers’d didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.02 (p<0.05) yang berarti adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara skor time up and go test dengan resiko jatuh pada wanita diabetes tipe 2.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keseimbangan dengan risiko jatuh yang signifikan pada wanita diabetes melitus tipe 2 selama 60 menit dalam waktu 4 minggu di klinik Siger Fisio Bandar Lampung. AbstractBackground: Diabetes mellitus is one of the most common metabolic disorders, caused by a combination of two main factors impaired insulin secretion by pancreatic β-cells and the inability of insulin-sensitive tissues to respond appropriately to insulin.Purpose: To see the relationship between sensory neuropathy score and duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus in women.Method: Observational study with correlation method, with a sample of 35 women grouped by age 45-74 years, measured using a questionnaire for the duration of having type 2 diabetes mellitus and the Ipswich Touch Test for 15 minutes within 12 weeks.Results: Based on chi square, a significance value of 0.004 (p<0.05) was obtained, which means that there is a relationship between the sensory neuropathy score and the duration of having type 2 diabetes mellitus in women.Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between sensory neuropathy score and duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus in women for 25 minutes within 12 weeks.Suggestion: Further research is expected to develop this research with a larger number of samples so that the research can be analyzed optimally and get better results. Pendahuluan: Diabetes Mellitus Tipe salah satu kelainan metabolik yang paling umum, disebabkan oleh kombinasi dua faktor utama gangguan sekresi insulin oleh sel β pankreas dan ketidakmampuan jaringan sensitif insulin untuk merespons insulin secara tepat.Tujuan: Untuk melihat hubungan hubungan skor sensory neuropathy dengan lamanya menderita diabetes militus tipe 2 pada wanita.Metode: Penelitian observasional dengan metode korelasi, dengan sampel 35 wanita dikelompokkan berdasarkan umur 45-74 tahun, diukur menggunakan kuisioner durasi mengidap diabetes militus tipe 2 dan Ipswich Touch Test selama 15 menit dalam waktu 12 minggu.Hasil: Berdasarkan chi square didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.004 (p<0.05) yang berarti ada hubungan skor sensory neuropathy dengan lamanya menderita diabetes militus tipe 2 pada wanita.Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan yaitu ada hubungan skor sensory neuropathy dengan lamanya menderita diabetes militus tipe 2 pada wanita selama 25 menit dalam waktu 12 minggu.Saran: Penelitian lanjutan diharapkan dapat mengembangakn penelitian ini dengan jumlah sample lebih banyak lagi agar penelitian bisa di analisis dengan maksimal dan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik.Kata Kunci: Diabetes Militus Tipe 2; Ipswich Touch Test; Sensory Neuropathy.

This research addresses the issue of transforming learning evaluation models to be more aligned with the demands of Society 5.0, where technology integration plays a crucial role. The study aims to explore and analyze the adaptation of technology-based evaluation models in educational settings, highlighting their effectiveness and challenges. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative research method, data were collected through interviews with educators, document analysis, and observations in various educational institutions. The study found that while the integration of technology in evaluation processes has the potential to enhance learning outcomes and provide more accurate assessments, there are significant challenges related to the readiness of both educators and students, as well as infrastructure limitations. The findings underscore the need for continuous professional development for educators, investments in educational technology, and a more nuanced understanding of the diverse needs of learners in this new era. The research contributes to the ongoing discourse on educational innovation and the necessity of evolving evaluation models to meet the expectations of Society 5.0.Keywords: learning evaluation, learning process, and learning application

Using high-pressure and high-temperature laser light emission techniques, laser cutting works to cut materials in such a way that components at the laser cutting point produce cutting results. However, the current problem is that laser cutting often produces material defects including protruding parts, burnt surfaces, and pores on the laser-cut parts. Given this problem, the purpose of this study is to develop a camera capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting . The research method is the preparation of 6061 aluminum material, the preparation of the ESP32CAM camera, and the preparation of laser cutting parameter settings. In order to run the ESP32CAM program, C and OpenCV programming languages are needed to identify items with material defects, color images, histograms, and FPS are needed. The results of the study showed that detecting defects at the highest FPS reading of 15.57 and a histogram value of 250 at the x coordinate and 950000 at the y coordinate. Eight defects in the material were found using Open CV detection on the ESP32CAM camera sample 3. From this technique it can be concluded that ESP32CAM is capable of identifying material defects caused by laser cutting.

Anthropometry is a science created from a new scientific sub-discipline called physical anthropology which is an implication of the development of anthropological studies. Anthropometry plays a very important role in the world of sports. An ideal anthropometric composition and supported by good technique will produce an athlete's excellent performance in the competition. Anthropometric characteristics, body composition and mass contribute to training and competition performance. Therefore, researchers have developed a multifunctional anthropometric measurement tool, several test items can be carried out simultaneously with the use of this tool, this tool is called 'Multiantro". The tests that can be done simultaneously with this tool are height, weight, sitting height and arm length tests. However, this tool still requires further review, so this study is intended to conduct a concurrent validity test phase of the Multiantro tool so that the results of its measurement can be accounted for. The method used was a cross-sectional design in which data from two instruments, a new instrument and a standardized instrument, were then collected at the same time from the same sample. The new instrument was tested to determine whether the results were consistent with the standardized measurement tool. The analysis results show that there is no significant difference between measurements using the Multiantro tool and measurements using conventional tools that have been standardized before. So it can be concluded that the Multiantro tool is also reliable in anthropometric measurements, just as when using previously existing tools. Even with this tool, tests can be carried out more practically because one tool is used to carry out four different types of test items.

This study aims to determine the effect of variations in temperature and holding time on the value of hardness and microstructure in the carburizing process of low-carbon steel and medium-carbon steel. The temperature variations used during the carburizing process were 850oC and 950oC with variations of the holding time used being 15 minutes and 30 minutes. The types of materials used are AISI 1020 steel and AISI 1045 steel. In the carburizing process, the carbon source used is wood charcoal powder. After the process of adding carbon elements, the material will be quenched in the oil medium. The tests carried out were hardness testing and microstructure observations. The hardness test used the B-scale Rockwell hardness test method. The surface etching process of the material used a nital etching solution, namely a mixture of 3% nitric acid (HNO3) and 97% ethanol. The results showed that the lowest increase in hardness occurred at 850oC with a holding time of 15 minutes, namely 82.00 HRB for AISI 1020 steel and 95.66 HRB for AISI 1045 steel. Meanwhile, the highest increase in hardness occurred at a temperature of 950oC with a holding time of 30 minutes. namely 93.00 HRB on AISI 1020 steel and 105.33 HRB on AISI 1045 steel. This shows that the higher the temperature and the longer the holding time, the higher the hardness value.

Cangkang telur bebek merupakan limbah rumah tangga yang banyak terdapat dilingkungan masyarakat yang mana konsumsi telur di Indonesia akan terus berlimpah selama telur diproduksi di bidang peternakan. Seiring dengan semakin meningkatnya konsumsi telur oleh masyarakat maka limbah dari telur berupa cangkang telur tentunya juga akan semakin meningkat. Cangkang telur merupakan limbah dapur yang berpotensi untuk dimanfaatkan. Potensi limbah cangkang telur di Indonesia cukup besar Cangkang telur mengandung 96% kalsium karbonat yang dapat memenuhi 50% kebutuhan kalsium sehari-hari dalam bentuk kalsium karbonat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkarakterisasi kalsium karbonat yang terdapat dari cangkang telur bebek Alabio menggunakan dua teknik analisis utama: Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR) dan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). FT-IR digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi gugus fungsi dan ikatan kimia yang ada dalam kolagen, sementara SEM diterapkan untuk mengamati struktur morfologi dan permukaan dari sampel kolagen. Hasil FT-IR menunjukkan adanya pita serapan yang khas untuk kalsium karbonat. Analisis SEM mengungkapkan struktur fibril dan morfologi khas dari kalsium karbonat yang disampling. Selain itu, hasil uji pendekatan pH menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan antara cangkang telur dan kolagen murni menghasilkan pH 1, yang mengindikasikan sifat asam dari kolagen yang diekstraksi.
