Isu mengenai komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru merupakan topik yang saat ini penting dalam konteks pendidikan, terutama di sekolah menengah atas. Hal ini karena kinerja guru merupakan garda terdepan dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar sekaligus menjadi ujung tombak dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empris pengaruh komitmen dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Sampel penelitian adalah guru menengah atas sebanyak 36 guru pada SMK Islam Adiluwih Kabupaten Pringsewu. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan diketahui komitmen guru dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, sehingga peningkatan keduanya tidak hanya akan meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pencapaian hasil belajar siswa yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, manajemen sekolah perlu mengimplementasikan strategi yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen dan disiplin kerja di kalangan guru.

This article was created based on research carried out in order to determine "the influence of public knowledge on interest in electing regional head candidates in the 2024 simultaneous regional head elections (pilkada) (case study of the people of RT.11/RW.01, Sekarjaya sub-district, Baturaja City)". The dependent variable in this research is interest in voting while the independent variable is knowledge. The sample used in this research was 77 (seventy seven) people. This research uses a questionnaire as the main (primary) data, then the data results are analyzed using multiple regression by carrying out a simultaneous test (F), determination test, and partial test (t) with a significance level of 5% (?=0.05) which is processed using the tool is SPSS 23. The results of this research show that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence on knowledge on people's voting interest in regional elections as seen through the F statistical test with a significance value of 0.000. The results of the t statistical test indicate that Knowledge has a positive and significant effect with a significance level of 0.000.

Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari rasa penasaran penulis yang melihat bahwa prestasi belajar matematika siswa di SMA ITUS Jalaksana termasuk dalam kategori rendah sehingga penulis tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian ini dan guna mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa di SMA ITUS Jalaksana. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk (1) Menemukan pola hubungan dan pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa, dan (2) Membuktikan pola hubungan dan pengaruh gaya belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa di SMA ITUS Jalaksana. Ada beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa yaitu bahan atau materi yang dipelajari, lingkungan, faktor instrumental dan kondisi peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini, faktor yang diteliti adalah faktor lingkungan (stres sekolah) dan kondisi peserta didik (gaya belajar dan konsep diri). Dengan pengelolan lingkungan (stres sekolah) dan kondisi peserta didik (gaya belajar dan konsep diri) yang baik dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui angket/kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah korelasi pearson product moment, determinasi, dan korelasi ganda. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah kemudian ditafsirkan, dianalisis, dan dideskripsikan sesuai dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh gaya belajar dengan prestasi belajar matematika siswa secara signifikan dan pola hubungan searah sebesar 0,330 termasuk kategori cukup kuat.

Bureaucratic reform at the village level is a strategic step to enhance transparency and accountability in governance. This study aims to analyze the role of information technology in supporting transparent and accountable governance in Tongke-Tongke Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research involved observations, surveys, and documentation to collect data from village officials, the community, and external policies. The findings reveal that the implementation of information technology, such as official websites and Android-based applications, has successfully improved administrative efficiency, strengthened information openness, and enabled active community participation in decision-making processes. Additionally, digitally documented village financial reports allow the community to monitor budget management in real-time. However, key challenges include low digital literacy and limited internet infrastructure. Through regular training and collaboration with internet service providers, Tongke-Tongke Village demonstrates its commitment to creating better governance. This study concludes that information technology can serve as a key catalyst for accelerating bureaucratic reform at the village level.

This article examines the integration of waqf into pension schemes as a sustainable model to improve pension security and access to healthcare for retirees and their beneficiaries. The study investigates the potential of a waqf-based pension model to provide solutions to the financial and social challenges in pension systems. Efficiently managed waqf assets can provide a sustainable funding mechanism, ensuring stable income and healthcare support for retirees while reducing the financial burden on government-managed pension funds. The paper proposes a structured integration model where waqf funds complement pension schemes through defined benefit and defined contribution mechanisms, emphasizing financial sustainability and healthcare access. By balancing waqf management with long-term pension funds, this integration presents a transformative approach to social security, especially in Muslim-majority countries.

Gastritis is an inflammatory condition of the gastric mucosa which can be acute and chronic due to the patient's lack Based on the results of the implementation of practical work activities and the discussion of the practical work report on Maintenance on 51BE45 Bucket Belt Elevator Machine at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk Through Vibration Results with Maintenance methods that are more often used in the Mechanical Maintenance Department at Factory II Baturaja, PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk is Preventive Maintenance. Implementation of maintenance inspections on the 51BE45 Belt Bucket Elevator machine is carried out once a week and grease lubrication on bearings is carried out once every 2 weeks. Maintenance on the 51BE45 Belt Bucket Elevator machine uses tools namely Vibration Scanmeter, Infared Thermometer Gun and Grease Gun. Vibration and temperature checks are carried out on Input and Output on the gearbox unit as well as on Fixed and Loose in Pulley Head Bearings. In checking vibration, 3 directions are carried out, namely Axial, Horizontal and Vertical. Vibration checks use the international standard reference, ISO 10816-3.

Vertical Cement Mill digunakan untuk mencampurkan dan menghaluskan clinker dan bahan – bahan korektif. Selain itu, alat ini juga digunakan sebagai pengering dengan memanfaatkan udara panas dari great cooler dan roller penggilingan. Hasil dari penggilingan dan pencampuran ini dinamakan semen. Di dalam Vertical Cement Mill juga terjadi proses transport, yaitu perpindahan material dari permukaan table menuju sistem berikutnya. Prinsip kerja clasiefier ialah menghambat aliran udara, dimana saat kecepatan putaran clasifier tinggi, daya angkat produk akan menjadi rendah. Neraca massa pada teknik kimia berpusat pada reaksi kimia, perpindahan fluida, pengecilan ataupun pembesaran material, perpindahan panas dan sebagainya yang menyebabkan perubahan fisika dan kimia.

This cooling process should not be skipped because if the heating results in the kiln are not cooled, the results of the cement production are not in accordance with predetermined standards. Grate Cooler is a cooling device, where this tool serves to cool the output clinker from the kiln. In this case, data collection is carried out through interviews, and observing directly to the field and other supporting data such as from books, journals and other literature. The data required for the preparation of the article includes: parts of the grate cooler, instrument data on the grate cooler and the cooling and heating process in the grate cooler. The efficiency of the clinker cooler is the ratio of the amount of heat returned to the kiln with secondary air which becomes kiln combustion air and tertiary air to the amount of heat stored or carried by the clinker when entering the cooler inlet. The higher that is absorbed by the air, the more efficient the cooling process on the clinker. Hot air from the grate cooler output is utilised for secondary combustion air in the kiln, combustion air in the calsiner, drying air in the vertical mill and some will be discharged into the environment which previously passed through the ESP Fan.

PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. as one of the largest cement industries on the island of Sumatra uses a rotary kiln in its production process. Rotary kiln in the cement industry has an important role because it will determine the quality of the product. Rotary kiln serves as a place to react raw materials to become products. The type of coal used as fuel for the rotary kiln is BA-45 coal. This type of coal was chosen because it has a calorific value of 4,500 kcal/kg. The calculation of SFC in the rotary kiln aims to determine how much fuel is needed in the combustion process in the rotary kiln. This calculation is based on actual data taken from the Central Control Room (CCR) and the Quality Control (QC) laboratory. The average SFC calculation was obtained at 619,658 Kcal/kg. The largest SFC value was on July 22, 2023, which was 676.71 kcal/kg, while the smallest SFC was obtained on July 20, 2023, which was 568.54 kcal/kg. The high and low SFC obtained is influenced by many factors, such as the amount of kiln feed, water content in the feed, and the type of coal used.

This study focuses on evaluating the thermal efficiency and exhaust emissions produced by the rotary kiln used in Factory 2 PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk. As a central component in the cement production process, rotary kiln performance has a significant impact on factory operations and the surrounding environment. This study combines direct measurement of exhaust emissions with analysis of kiln operational data to identify achieved levels of thermal efficiency and the impact of exhaust gases on the environment. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth view of the rotary kiln performance in terms of thermal efficiency and exhaust emissions. By understanding the factors that affect efficiency and emissions, manufacturers can design appropriate remedial measures to increase thermal efficiency and reduce environmental impact. The positive results of this research can contribute to sustainable practices in the cement industry, by ensuring that the production process is not only energy efficient but also environmentally friendly
