This literature review explores the relationship between promotion and employee work performance within the context of regional water service companies. Promotion is often used as a motivational tool in organizational settings, aiming to reward achievements and encourage higher performance. However, the effectiveness of promotion policies varies depending on organizational culture, fairness, and the clarity of performance metrics. Through thematic analysis of existing research, this study finds that while promotion generally has a positive impact on motivation and commitment, its benefits can diminish when the process lacks transparency or objective criteria. The findings highlight the importance of merit-based promotion systems, coupled with training and support, to ensure that employees succeed in their new roles. This review provides insight for regional service organizations aiming to improve employee performance through well-structured human resource strategies.

Strategic planning is a critical process that enables organizations to align their goals with performance outcomes in a dynamic operational environment. This study explores how strategic planning can be developed through organizational performance evaluation using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework. Employing a qualitative approach based on secondary data analysis, the research investigates the strategic relevance of four BSC perspectives—financial, customer, internal business processes, and learning and growth—by examining organizational reports, performance audits, and planning documents. Findings indicate that while the financial and internal business process perspectives are well-integrated into strategic decision-making, the learning and growth perspective remains underutilized. The results highlight the value of secondary data in extracting actionable insights and underscore the importance of a balanced approach to performance evaluation. This study contributes to the literature by demonstrating how the BSC can be applied qualitatively to support strategic development without the need for primary data collection.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Bagaimana implementasi kebijakan pemberian tunjangan profesi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Palu? dan (2) Faktor-faktor apakah yang menghambat implementasi kebijakan tunjangan profesi guru.? Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Menganalisis implementasi kebijakan pemberian tunjangan profesi guru di SMA Negeri 1 Palu dan (2) Menganalisis faktor penghambat Implementasi kebijakan tunjangan profesi guru SMA Negeri 1 Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan (1) Secara keseluruhan implementasi kebijakan tunjangan profesi guru di SMAN 1 berjalan baik sesuai model Edward III yakni komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi. Akan tetapi, ada satu indikator pada pada variabel sumber daya yakni staf pengelola belum mampu menjabarkan petunjuk kepala sekolah terkait pengelolaan administrasi kebijakan tunjangan profesi guru dan satu indikator terkait struktur birokrasi yakni kecepatan dan ketepatan pengiriman berkas masih perlu ditingkatkan; (2) Faktor penghambat implementasi kebijakan tunjangan profesi guru adalah kecenderungan staf pengelola menunggu perintah dan kurang inisiatif.

Kompetensi kepribadian merupakan aspek penting yang harud imiliki guru PAUD untuk menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kompetensi kepribadian guru TK Negeri 03 Tenggarong serta upaya pengembangannya di TK Negeri 03 Tenggarong. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi guru PAUD TK Negeri 03 Tenggarong telah memenuhi indikator seperti bertindak sesuai dengan norma, agama, hukum, sosial dan budaya Indonesia, dengan menunjukkan perilaku ramah dan santun terhadap anak. Guru juga telah membimbing anak sesuai dengan agama dan kepercayaannya masing-masing. Upaya pengembangan guru dilakukan melalui pendekatan pembelajaran keterampilan, sinergi kecerdasan IQ, EQ, dan SQ, pelatihan komunikasi, serta keikutsertaan dalam seminar dan program home visit. Maka dapatdisimpulkan bahwa guru di TK Negeri 03 Tenggarong telah memiliki kualitas kepribadian yang baik dalam mendukung proses pendidikan anak usia dini.

This research aims to develop a Melayu culture-based teaching material product for IPAS learning in elementary schools. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model, this research is limited to the Development stage. At the Define stage, an analysis of the material presented in teaching materials is carried out which is adapted to students. In the Design stage, the selection of media is carried out in accordance with the objectives. With the analysis carried out, the selected media that will be developed are teaching materials related to Melayu Riau culture and the teaching materials developed will be in the form of textbooks. The Development stage was validated with material, media and language experts. The assessment by material experts shows an average of 3.81 with a percentage of 95.17% getting the "Very Good" category, the assessment by media experts shows an average of 3.56 with a percentage of 88.87% getting the "Very Good" category. and assessment by language experts showed an average score of 3.83 with a percentage of 95.81% obtaining the "Very Good" category. The validation results from each validator show an average score of 93.28% in the "Very Appropriate" category, which means the teaching materials developed are very suitable for use in IPAS learning in elementary schools.

Rentabilitas dalam meningkatakan pendapatan Bumdes Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat rasio rentabilitas yang dicapai oleh BUMDes Mario Desa Rosoan Kabupaten Enrekang selama periode 2020-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, dengan pendekatan studi kasus, yang mengeksplorasi suatu kasus secara mendalam dan mengumpulkan informasi melalui berbagai prosedur pengumpulan data berdasarkan waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif, dengan tujuan menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta serta hubungan antara fenomena yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya fluktuasi signifikan pada indikator ROA, ROE, dan ROS BUMDes Mario dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023. ROA mencerminkan peningkatan efisiensi aset pada tahun 2021, namun mengalami penurunan tajam pada tahun 2022. ROE mengalami lonjakan pada tahun 2021, tetapi menurun pada tahun 2022. ROS juga meningkat pada tahun 2021 namun turun pada tahun 2022. Meskipun demikian, profitabilitas pada tahun 2022 masih lebih baik dibandingkan tahun 2020 dan 2021. Hal ini menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan dalam penggunaan aset, struktur modal, dan strategi operasional.

This study was to determine how the comparison between the sorogan method and the method of deliberation on the ability to read the book on the students of Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin. This study the authors used quantitative methods. This study has three formulations of the problem, how the results of the Sorogan method in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin? How are the results and deliberations in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin? How the results of the comparison of Sorogan and Musyawaroh methods in improving the ability to read The Kitab Kuning in Madrasah Ihya " Ulumiddin PP Darussalam Lirboyo Kediri. The results, the ratio between the variables of sorogan and deliberation method to the variable ability to read the book (Y) is 0.764 or if it is projected to be 76.4%, and R calculate the variable sorogan method there is a comparison with the variable ability to read the book (Y) is 0.667 or if it is projected to be 66.7%. It can be concluded sorogan method is more effective on the ability to read the book.

This study aims to analyze the differences in religious identity among high school students based on gender in Sungai Penuh City. Religious identity is acrucial aspect in shaping students' character, encompassing dimensions of belief, religious practices, and moral values. The focus of this study is to describe how male and female students understand and practice religious values, as well as the factors influencing these differences. This research employs a quantitative approach with a random sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to first-year high school students. Data analysis was conducted to evaluate gender differences in terms of religiosity. The findings indicate that female students exhibit a higher level of religious identity compared to male students. This result reflects a greater involvement of females in religious practices, both in school and community-based activities. Social and cultural factors, such as gender roles in societal norms, significantly influence these differences. The implications of this study highlight the need for a more inclusive approach in religious education to address the needs of both male and female students. Additionally, this study contributes to the development of a religious education curriculum that is relevant to local contexts and gender differences.

Abstrak: PKM ini bertujuan untuk menambah wawasan guru di SMAN 13 Makassar dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dengan menggunakan media Baamboozle pada proses evaluasi belajar terhadap pesertadidik. Permasalahanyang dihadapi adalah : (1) Keterampilan digital guru di SMAN 13 tergolong masih rendah sehingga pelaksanaan evaluasi hasil pembelajaran lebih banyak dilakukan dengan pemberian tugas secara konvensionaldenganmenggunakankertas dan manual atauviawhatsapp.(2) GuruSMAN 13 belum menguasai penggunaan media Baamboozle dalam prosesevalusipembelajaran.Olehkarenaitu,dilakukanpengabdian kepada masyarakat berupa Pelatihan penggunaan media Baamboozle untuk evaluasi hasil belajar. Jual beli tanah merupakan salah satu bentuk peralihan hak yang wajib memenuhi persyaratan formal sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Salah satu syarat utama adalah pembuatan Akta Jual Beli (AJB) di hadapan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (PPAT) agar transaksi memiliki kekuatan hukum yang sah. Namun, dalam praktiknya, masih banyak transaksi jual beli tanah dilakukan di bawah tangan tanpa melibatkan PPAT, sehingga menimbulkan risiko hukum, seperti sengketa kepemilikan dan ketidakpastian hukum bagi pembeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan hukum transaksi jual beli tanah yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan formal. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, yurisprudensi, dan doktrin hukum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi jual beli tanah yang tidak memenuhi syarat formal dapat berpotensi menimbulkan sengketa hukum. Selain itu, pentingnya peran PPAT dalam memastikan keabsahan transaksi serta prosedur balik nama sertifikat tanah menjadi sorotan utama. Hal ini berakibat pada lemahnya posisi hukum pembeli dalam menghadapi potensi gugatan atau sengketa di kemudian hari.
