Pondok pesantren Asy Syifa’ dan Ar Rahmah menerapkan pola “kepesantrenan†dengan fokus hafalan Al-Qur’an (tahfidul Qur’an). Santri menempuh pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Asy Syifa’ setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan dasar (SD) atau setelah menyelesaikan pendidikan setingkat SMP. Pondok Pesantren menyelenggarakan pendidikan formal keagamaan Islam setingkat SMP dan SMA. Setelah lulus pendidikan setingkat SMP beberapa santri memutuskan untuk berpindah tempat pendidikan atau berhenti mengikuti pendidikan, namun pada umumnya santri yang memilih berhenti sekolah, bekerja untuk menghidupi dirinya sendiri atau bahkan menanggung kehidupan keluarganya. Oleh karena itu, bekal ketrampilan untuk dapat berusaha mandiri sangat diperlukan oleh santri. Bekal ketrampilan hidup yang diberikan pondok pesantren masih sangat terbatas, karena tenaga pengasuh pondok mempunyai latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak berkaitan dengan kewirausahaan. Persoalan prioritas yang diselesaikan selama kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pengembangan pendidikan kewirausahaan kepada santri yang dilaksanakan oleh pondok pesantren sebagai sarana pembelajaran ketrampilan bekal kehidupan santri dengan usaha jamur tiram. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan usaha produksi, pelatihan pengolahan jamur tiram. Kegiatan tersebut mampu meningkatkan ketrampilan santri untuk mengusahakan jamur tiram dan juga pengolahan jamur tiram. Kegiatan ini mampu membangkitkan motivasi santri untuk berwirausaha. Kata kunci: Jamur tiram, pesantren, kewirausahaan

Aisyiyah Busthanul Athfal Kindergarten (TK ABA) is a pre-primary educational institution established by the Muhammadiyah foundation, which is expected to create quality future generations in terms of formal, religious, and social education. In managing a kindergarten institution, a management system and adequate human resources are needed in terms of skills such as information technology (IT) skills. The purpose of the community service activities carried out is to introduce IT skills to the teachers of TK ABA Ponggalan, Giwangan. These community service activities were carried out by providing 4-meetings, computer training, and introduction to computer applications that are important in learning management at TK ABA. The results of data analysis showed that 83.33% of teachers had never received formal or non-formal IT training. The evaluation of community service activities shows that 100% of teachers are satisfied with the training provided. The aspect with the lowest level of satisfaction is related to the adequacy of the material provided in the training because it is still at the introductory level. Through the service activities carried out, it can be concluded that providing IT training for teachers of TK ABA is essential in supporting the management and learning at TK ABA Ponggalan, Giwangan. This, of course, can increase the trust of parents and the interest of prospective students in schools, which indirectly affects school income and welfare.

The law on human rights court has brought the new hopes for certain people have suffered because of the human rights violation happened in the past government (before the law enacted in the years of 2000). The demand of justice has been made by victims, the families of victims and other sympathetic parties by bringing those who have violated human rights in the past. The demand for justice does not only focus on human rights violations, which occurred in the past but also similar human rights violations that will occur in the future. The existence of a permanent Human Rights Court seems to imply that human rights will be upheld and protected. The resolution of past human rights violations via a conflict approach is preferable for the national reconciliation. The resolution of past human rights violations through extra-judicial organizations is an advanced step towards resolving the case, whereas a conflict approach can be used to settle the case. The existence of the Human Rights Law provides a new frontier in implementing the principle of restorative justice in the approach of case settlement. It is hoped that such restorative justice can create a political balance between the past and the future.

This study aims to develop a macromedia flash-based Educational Game Media suitable for use in fraction mathematics lessons. The research method used is a type of Research and Development (R & D). The model used is a modification of the model from Borg and Gall with the following stages: (1) research and information gathering, (2) planning, (3) initial product development, (4) limited trials, (5) initial product revision, (6) Main field trials, (7) operational product revisions, (8) operational field trials, (9) final product revisions, (10) Dissemination and implementation. The results showed that the educational Game Media based on macromedia flash was valid, so it was suitable for use in the mathematics learning process. Educational Game Media based on macromedia flash is also considered effective for improving learning outcomes based on the T Independent Sig test results. (p) 0.00 with conditions P <0.05 so that H0 is rejected. Paired T test results Sig. (p) 0.000 with conditions P <0.05 so that H0 is rejected also shows that the macromedia flash-based Educational Game Media has a significant impact on improving learning outcomes.

This article focuses on political empowerment discourse between caring politics versus subjugation politics. Through a literature study on empowerment, the writer finds that the empowerment realm has been in a tension between a group that perceives it as a caring action against another group that understands it as a subjugation. Each group has been developing arguments that support their perspective on empowerment. For the group that supports empowerment as caring action, the most important thing is an achievement. They scrutinize the indicators of success and failure, best practices, lessons learned, and many others. On the other hand, the group that views empowerment as subjugation considers it is inherently oppressive. Empowerment is nothing more than a veil that covers the power interest in disciplining poor people to conform to certain standards. Therefore, it is imperative to have a more transformative paradigm to see empowerment as emancipatory politics.

Background: Mie is one of the staple food that consumed by many people, the problem is minerals and vitamins in the mie is very limited. Therefore it need an effort to add more vitamins and minerals in the mie, one of the ways is adding Moringa leaf powder to the mie. Moringa leaves is a plant that contains nutrients that nearly meet the human nutritional needs and useful as a nutritional improvement.Objectives: This research aims to know acceptability manufacture of wet noodle with adding Moringa leaf powder.Methods: This research is eksperimen research with the study design post test control design.Results: This research’s result is show that acceptability of wet noodle with adding Moringa leaf powder that most preferred is formula with concentration 2% and color aspect as much as 52%, taste aspect as much as 56%, aroma aspect as much as 36%, and texture aspect as much as 52%. Statistical results of anova test showed that there is the effect of adding Moringa leaf powder so followed by Tukey test stating that the panelists gave significantly different assessments (p < 0,05) of the wet noodles with the addition of moringa leaf powder. Comparison of the best material that is preferred by the panelists wet noodles with the addition of Moringa leaf powder is formula concentration of 2% with every additional 20 grams of Moringa leaf powder. Wet noodle received power with the addition of Moringa leaf powder is the most preferred concentration of 2%.Suggestion: It is suggested for further research conduct laboratory testing of nutrient content in the wet noodles with the addition of moringa leaf powder and formula concentration of 2%.Keywords : Acceptability,Wet Noodle, Moringa leaves

This article present an application of guided inquiry learning model and optimization of structured task to improve chemistry learning outcomes and form good character in class XEA students of SMK Negeri I Magelang for the 2018/2019 academic year. This Reseach was conducted in 2 cycles, each cycle data collection and analysis were carried out. The assesment is carried out based on student answer and results of the evaluation of each competency studied. The result showed a significant relationship between learning with the guided inquiry learning model and the optimization of structured task with chemistry learning outcomes and good character building in student.

Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja merupakan faktor dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja. Faktor motivasi menjadi salah satu yang berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja guru di dalam meningkatkan kualitasnya sebab semakin meningkatnya motivasi seseorang makin tinggi kemungkinan untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya. Motivasi kerja ini yang menyebabkan seorang guru untuk bersemangat dalam menjalankan tugas sebagai pendidik karena telah terpenuhi kebutuhannya. Pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut berkaitan dengan kepuasan kerja, dimana antara harapan guru terpenuhi oleh kenyataan yang diberikan organisasi. Upaya meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru juga dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian motivasi pada masing-masing. Disiplin merupakan kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang untuk mentaati semua peraturan organisasi dan normanorma sosial yang berlaku. Disiplin pada hakikatnya merupakan kemampuan untuk mengendalikan diri dalam bentuk tidak melakukan suatu tindakan yang bertentangan dengan sesuatu yang telah ditetapkan. Kepemimpinan yang berkualitas, disiplin kerja yang baik dapat memberikan peningkatan terhadap disiplin kerja yang pada akhirnya dapat berdampak pada peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, yaitu melihat keterkaitan antara dua variabel atau lebih melalui analisis data yang didapat. Metode ini juga sering disebut deskriptif verifikatif analisis karena mencari seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan dan disiplin kerja terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.  Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah di SMK Negeri 1 Balongan Kabupaten Indramayu dari hasil pembahasan sebagian besar dipersepsikan cukup baik menuju baik. Disiplin kerja guru di SMK Negeri 1 Balongan Kabupaten Indramayu dari hasil pembahasan sebagian besar dipersepsikan cukup baik menuju sangat baik. Prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Balongan Kabupaten Indramayu dari hasil pembahasan sebagian besar dipersepsikan cukup baik menuju sangat baik. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar.

Sanitation is the one component of environmental health as intentional behavior for cultivate human hygiene to prevent direct contact with dirt and other hazardous waste material, with the hope to maintain and improve human health. This is because, the environment may play a direct cause influential factor in supporting the outbreak of disease and as factors affecting the course of the disease. All feces is a medium as breeding and seed base of infectious diseases. The impact of the disease is most often caused by defecation to the river is the widespread bacterium Escherichia coli, which can cause diarrhea. After that could be dehydrated, and because of the condition of human body’s down then get other diseases. The river is a very important source of water to support human’s life. Dynamism watersheds are influenced by the weather, river flow characteristics and human behaviour of the people who live around the river banks. As a result of effluent from people behaviour causes disturbance to the ecosystem of the river flow. Starting from the non-fulfillment of water quality 3B standarts (colorless, odorless and non-toxic), reduced numbers of fish and water animals, the emergence of a rundown neighborhood until the emergence of health problems and others, therefore, to KKN-PPM in the field of Environmental Sanitation and Supply water in the village Easy in Subdisrtict Prambon, Sidoarjo, the program will be made by "socialization of Great Importance Not Throw water on the River (STOP BABS)".
