Muara Bekasi – Muara Tawar Offshore Transmission Pipeline Routing and Economic Analysis. Power plant Muara Tawar will substitute the need of oil fuel to gas as form of economizing and energy conservation. The nearest supply point to fulfill natural gas needed on Muara Bekasi. So that Power Plant Company needed to develop gas pipeline infrastructure to joining the point.The purpose of this study is to create a system of gas transmission pipeline from gas supply point at Muara Bekasi to Power Plant Muara Tawar trough to offshore area. Design of gas transmission pipeline is started with technical data collection and supply-demand analyzing, continued with data analysis, rute construction and result of condition operation. The standard design of this design is DnV 2000. Gas demand in Power Plant Muara Tawar is 400 MMSCFD. From secondary data had been obtained total length of alternative route 3.7 km. Carbon Steel pipe diameter which had been used 22 inch nominal diameter. Gas supply pressure is 350 psig with pressure of demand point is setted on 500 psig. On pipeline system design the preesure before put in to compressor is around 321.7 psig. The design on bottom stability factor is the main concern. From the design calculation the total minimum pipe weight is 793.16 ton, whereas the design around 932.6 ton. Therefore, the pipe will be stable on bottom of sea.

Research Aims - This research aims to identify the main criteria of supplier selection in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia and their causal relationships by using the DEMATEL method. Methodology - Based on the literature review and discussions with experts, ten supplier selection criteria were identified and used as the basis of questionnaire development. The questionnaire was distributed to 57 respondents representing supply chain management and other divisions in eight oil and gas companies in Indonesia, with 51 valid responses. The data was analyzed using the DEMATEL method. Research Findings - The results show that product price is the most important criterion, while technical ability was the least important criterion. Moreover, six criteria (product quality, product price, technical ability, service, production capability, and financial situation) were identified as the cause criteria and require more attention compared to the other four effect criteria (delivery performance, stable delivery of goods, lead time, and reaction to demand change in time). Theoretical Contribution/Originality - The research provides insights on the important criteria of supplier selection in oil and gas companies in Indonesia and their causal relationships. Managerial Implications in the Southeast Asian Context - The results can be used by oil and gas companies to better select their suppliers. Research Limitations and Implications - This study uses a non-stratified sample from eight oil and gas companies in Indonesia, which may not accurately represent the Indonesian oil and gas industry.

This research aims to examine the influence of marketing mix carried out media performance social media portal on attitude towards a social marketing program,and its relationship with source credibility of the portal. This study was focused on "Generasi Berencana" Program (Generation with Plan Program, a program aimed at educating the youth on family planning) The Research employed Structural Equations Modeling (SEM). Based on data from 150 respondents it can be concluded that in social marketing programs, source credibility, engagement, word of mouth have positive influence on the formation of behavior, but awareness of a program is not found to influence formation of behavior. This research also obtained findings that attitudes influence behavioral intention, but subjective norms is not positively influence the formation of behavioral intentions.

School of Information and Computer Management (STMIK) Indonesia Padang is a private university under the auspices of the Higher Education Service Institution (LLDIKTI) Region X, producing graduates who are competent in the field of system analysts and database administrators. Requirements to meet undergraduate graduates (S1) final year students need to complete a final project or thesis. Final year students at STMIK Indonesia Padang often experience confusion in taking the final assignment topic. This is due to the fact that the final year students have not been able to direct their potential in determining the final assignment topic. In this case, researchers conducted the process of grouping final level students using the Data Mining K-means Clustering technique. The process of grouping final-level students is done by utilizing the data of course values from the field mapping system analysts and database administrators. In this grouping two clusters will be produced, namely students taking the final assignment of system analysts and database administrator. So by using this K-means Clustering method, students have direction in taking the final assignment topic. The results obtained from 40 data samples used were students who took the topic of the final project system analysts as many as 20 students and students who took the final assignment of database administrators were 20 students.

This paper will describe online games with the dimension of gambling, so that the discussion is about the form of online games with the dimensions of online gambling in the aspect of criminal law and the application of criminal sanctions for users of online games with the dimensions of online gambling from the perspective of criminal law. The research method uses normative juridical research which refers to secondary data that reveals data that takes the truth obtained from the literature and the field by combining regulations, scientific books that are related to this research. The results of the study found that the form of online games with the dimensions of online gambling in the aspect of criminal law that online games with dimensions of online gambling through the internet network is a form of gambling in which the entire process is both the stakes, the games and the collection of money via the internet which of course the players have to do. an upfront deposit before being able to play online gambling games. Forms of online gambling games found on internet networking sites, for example chips game higgs domino, sports gambling, texas holdem poker and casino gambling games. While the application of criminal sanctions for users of online game games with the dimension of online gambling from a criminal law perspective, of course, still refers to the provisions of Article 303 of the Criminal Code and Article 303 bis of the Criminal Code and Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions as amended by Law no. 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.

Memahami beberapa faktor yang menentukan keefektifan kredit adalah aspek penting sebagai bahan rujukan bagi pengembangan kredit mikro, khususnya dalam pembiayaan usahatani yang diketahui sangat rumit. Studi ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu keefektifan kredit usahatani yang diselenggarakan melalui suatu skema khusus oleh kelompok ibu-ibu pengajian. Skema kredit khusus tersebut menekankan pada peran aktif perempuan sebagai pengelola dan penerima kredit. Untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian digunakan metode studi kasus-kualitatif. Data untuk analisisnya bersumber dari hasil kaji tindak di dua lembaga keuangan mikro (LKM)- An-Nur dan Nurul Hidayah, di Kecamatan Rasau Jaya, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Hasilnya mengindikasikan bahwa beberapa faktor yang menjadi penentu keefektifan penyaluran kredit untuk petani, setidaknya akan meliputi empat aspek. Pertama, diterapkannya aspek mekanisme kredit yang sesuai dengan kondisi petani. Kedua, hadirnya dimensi modal spiritual dan modal sosial dari pengelola LKM yang kemudian berimplikasi pada tumbuhnya kepercayaan para petani. Ketiga, berfungsinya aspek pengawasan kredit yang berakar dari tingginya frekuensi pertemuan kelompok ibu-ibu pengajian dalam komunitas. Keempat, adanya stabilitas pendapatan petani sepanjang tahun sebagai implikasi dari usahatani sayuran yang merupakan sumber nafkah utama dari para petaninya.

As for results study this is that principle protection law for perpetrator economy business 4.0 that is with existence provision from Article 1320 of the Civil Code which contains : condition happening agreements , threats and challenges as well as the obstacles faced by the perpetrators economy business 4.0 which is all is serious threat , and form protection law for the perpetrators effort that is provision law that can used to drag the perpetrators of the cyber crime new limited to regulations statute book of law Law Criminal Code (KUHP) and Law no. 11 of 2008 concerning ITE.

Permasalahan dalam pembelajaran kurangnya partisipasi dan rendahnya tanggungjawab peserta didik dalam kegiatan kelompok maupun kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan selama proses pembelajaran di kelas sangat berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk meningkatkan sikap tanggung jawab peserta didik dalam pembelajaran dengan menerapkan strategi permainan monopoli/ smart monopoly pada peserta didik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan strategi permainan monopoli/ smart monopoly, dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan tanggungjawab siswa dalam pembelajaran.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan akad musyarakah dan akad murabahah terhadap return on assetas pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019. Data penelitian ini diambil dari akses situs resmi OJK (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) laporan bulanan statistik perbankan syariah pada periode 2015 bulan Januari sampai 2019 bulan Desember. Metode pendekatan dengan menggunakan model ECM ( Error Corection Model). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan pada variabel pembiayaan akad musyarakah memberikan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap return on assets pada kondisi jangka panjang. Sedangkan pada kondisi jangka pendek tidak memberikan pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap return on assets pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019. Pada variabel pembiayaan akad murabahah dalam kondisi jangka panjang ataupun jangka pendek, bahwa akad pembiayaan murabahah tidak berpengaruh terhadap return on assets pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2015 sampai 2019.Kata kunci: Musyarakah, Murabahah, Return On Assets

7P marketing mix strategy is one of marketing strategies that has been widely used in every field of business. The purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies that have been implemented in home industry SUIIP that is a ‘kembang goyang’ producer. This study is using qualitative research where data collection obtained from interview techniques and direct observation into the business. Results of this study indicate that implementation of 7P’ marketing mix strategy contributes to fluctuative number of sales. It is necessary to evaluate every aspect of marketing strategy that has been implemented so that it continues to development of innovating products and increasing of the business competitiveness.
