The lack of students' responsible attitudes towards science subjects means that teachers must be able to design meaningful learning and maximize student involvement in the learning process, therefore the guided inquiry learning model is an alternative for trying to increase students' responsible attitudes in the learning process. This research was carried out with the aim of analyzing the effect of implementing the guided inquiry learning model on the responsible attitudes of fifth grade elementary school students. This type of research is quasi-experimental research using non-equivalent control group design. The population was 56 students so a total sampling of 56 students was used. The data in this study was collected using observation sheets and questionnaires, then analyzed using the SPSS version 20 program, data analysis consisted of normality tests, homogeneity tests, and paired sample T-tests. The results of the research are that there is a significant influence on the application of the guided inquiry learning model on the responsible attitude of fifth grade elementary school students in science subjects. It was concluded that the application of the guided inquiry learning model could improve the responsible attitude of fifth grade elementary school students in science subjects.

Hypertension is a disorder of the blood vessels resulting in a reduced supply of oxygen and nutrients to the brain. Hypertension can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatments. One of the non-pharmacological treatment of hypertension is Hydrotherapy, this study is (quasi-experiment) with a pretest-posttest with an intervention group design. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling totaling 20 respondents, divided into two groups, namely 10 people for intervention group 1 warm water bath, and 10 people for intervention group 2 warm water bath mixture of salt and lemongrass. Primary data includes respondents' initial and final blood pressure, while secondary data includes respondents' general data. Data were analyzed using the Paired T Test statistical test. The results showed an average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the warm water immersion group of 136 mmHg and 89 mmHg. Paired T-Test results in P-Value 0.000. The warm water bath mixture of salt and lemongrass amounted to 129 mmHg and 85 mmHg. Paired T-Test results in P-Value 0.000. shows that warm water baths mixed with salt and lemongrass are more effective than warm water baths.

Desa sebagai subyek pembangunan, laki-laki dan perempuan memiliki kedudukan dan peranan yang sama baik dalam melaksanakan dan menikmati hasil pembangunan tersebut. Salah satu lembaga yang penting yang ada didalam pemerintahan desa yaitu Badan Permusyawaratan Desa selanjutnya disebut BPD. Didalam pengisian keanggotaan BPD ini harus memperhatikan adanya keterwakilan perempuan dalam anggota BPD dengan tujuan untuk menampung dan menyalurkan kepentingan atau urusan perempuan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, dan konsep dengan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif. Implementasi Permendagri Nomor 110 Tahun 2016 tentang Badan Permusyawaratan Desa terhadap Kedudukan Keterwakilan Perempuan dalam Keanggotaan BPD di Kabupaten Jember tidak dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang terjadi di lapangan. Sebagaimana yang telah diatur oleh Permendagri dalam pasal 6. Meskipun kedudukan keterwakilan perempuan di BPD sangat penting, tentunya untuk memperjuangkan kepentingan perempuan, karena perempuan yang lebih tahu tentang kepentingan perempuan adalah perempuan itu sendiri. Jumlah anggota BPD ditentukan berdasarkan jumlah penduduk dan kemampuan desa dengan memperhatikan jumlah ganjil yaitu minimal 5 orang dan maksimal 9 orang.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui batasan kewenangan kepala desa dalam mengelola aset desa berupa tanah kas desa. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan ini adalah yuridis normatif yang difokuskan pada penerapan kaidah-kaidah atau norma di dalam hukum positif untuk mengangkat, membahas, dan menguraikan isu hukum yang diangkat. Tanah kas desa merupakan bagian dari aset desa yang merupakan barang asli yang dimiliki oleh desa. aset desa terdiri dari Tanah Kas Desa, Tanah Ulayat, Pasar Desa, Pasar Hewan, Bangunan Desa, Pelelangan Ikan, Pelelangan Hasil Pertanian, Hutan Milik Desa, Mata Air Milik Desa, dan Pemandian Umum. Pengelolaan tanah kas desa sebagai aset desa merupakan kewenangan dari kepala desa sebagai pemegang kekuasaan dalam pengelolaan aset desa berupa tanah kas desa. Pengelolaan tanah kas desa ini dibahas oleh kepala desa bersama Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa serta meningkatkan pendapatan desa. Dalam pengelolaan tanah kas desa harus berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 01 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pengelolaan Aset Desa.

This research delves into studying the suspicion of Hadith fabrication through the concept of the "central narrator" in the chain of narration according to some orientalists who attempt to cast doubt on the authenticity of Prophetic Hadiths from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, through an analytical and critical approach. The objectives of this research are firstly: to understand the true essence of the theory of the central narrator as perceived by some orientalists before critiquing it. Secondly: to comprehend the methodology adopted by some orientalists in presenting this theory in the chains of Hadith narrations. Thirdly: to critique and invalidate this theory in an attempt to uphold the authenticity of Prophetic Hadiths as the secondary source for understanding religious rulings and teachings. The hypotheses of this research are: The first hypothesis suggests that the theory posits that most of the currently recorded Prophetic Hadiths, in terms of their chains of transmission, are centered around narrators in the layer after the major successors of the companions, whom these narrators are referred to as the central narrators or what is known in English as the "common link". Based on this premise, some orientalists believe that the majority of Prophetic Hadiths are fabricated by these central narrators. The second hypothesis suggests that the methodology adopted by some orientalists in presenting this theory involves analyzing the chain of transmission through the following steps: first, identifying the text of the Hadith intended for analysis; second, tracing the text of the Hadith in Hadith books; third, gathering the chains of transmission for that Hadith; and fourth, constructing that chain of transmission into a unified entity. The third hypothesis suggests that the theory of the common link or the central narrator in the chain of Hadith transmission is invalidated by the theory of evidence and corroborations in Prophetic Hadiths, which focus on the two fundamental components of Hadith: the chain of transmission and the text.

This research sets out to study the methodology of Imam Shafi'i as presented within his book "Al-Risala" in defense of the validity of solitary narrations (Ahadith Ahad). Imam Shafi'i, renowned for his defense of the Sunnah, vigorously advocated for the validity of solitary narrations as evidence in religion. Consequently, he dedicated a specific section within his book "Al-Risala" to defend the validity of solitary narrations. Within this section, Imam Shafi'i's methodology in defending the validity of solitary narrations becomes apparent. Among the hypotheses of this research are: firstly, that the validity of solitary narrations according to Imam Shafi'i is undisputed. Secondly, the lack of disagreement regarding the validity of solitary narrations is based on Quranic evidence, the Prophet's endorsement in his statements and actions, as well as the actions of his noble companions. Thirdly, Imam Shafi'i relies on two methodologies in defending the validity of solitary narrations: the dialectical method involving formulating questions that could be raised by detractors of the validity of solitary narrations and providing convincing answers, and the analytical method, which involves analyzing Quranic verses, prophetic traditions, and the actions of the companions as evidence utilized by Imam Shafi'i in responding to detractors of the validity of solitary narrations.

Providing legal aid in rural areas is a crucial effort to ensure access to justice for all levels of society, especially for those who are less fortunate. Key opportunities for providing legal aid in rural areas include increasing legal awareness, strengthening community participation in legal processes, and increasing local capacity through legal education. Legal assistance in rural areas can also strengthen social cohesion and speed up the resolution of local and customary-based disputes. However, the challenges faced in providing legal aid in rural areas are not small. These challenges include limited human resources who are competent in the legal field, limited infrastructure and accessibility, as well as low levels of legal literacy among rural residents. In addition, difficulties in integrating the formal legal system with local customary law also add to the complexity of providing legal assistance. A deep understanding of the local context and approaches that adapt to the specific needs of rural communities are needed to address these challenges. This research discusses the opportunities and challenges that exist in providing legal aid in rural areas with a focus on providing inclusive and sustainable services. The strategic recommendations offered include improving legal education, strengthening cooperation networks between government, non-government organizations and local communities, as well as developing a more equitable legal infrastructure. A participatory and community-based approach is expected to increase the effectiveness of legal aid and ensure that justice can be accessed by all citizens, regardless of their geographical location.

Supervision has a central position in efforts to foster and develop collaborative activities in an educational organization. This requires the principal to have more abilities as a supervisor to improve the quality of learning in schools. The aim of this research is to determine the application of classroom supervision in improving the quality of learning in TK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh City for the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is school action research using qualitative descriptive methods. The subjects in this school action research were all teachers in TK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh City, totaling 12 teachers. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation studies. The research results showed that the teacher's ability to manage learning in cycle I was 2.69 which was quite good. In the second cycle, it was seen that the teacher's ability to manage learning had increased to good, namely 4.16. In the first cycle, student activity was only 55%, then in the second cycle there was an increase in an even better direction from the first cycle, namely 80%. In cycle I, students were said to be incomplete, because classical completion reached 64%, whereas in cycle II there was an increase in an even better direction, namely the percentage reached 93%, and students were said to be complete. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that implementing class supervision measures can improve the quality of learning in TK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh City for the 2021/2022 academic year.

The aim of this study is expected to be able to answer the research problem is how to improve the performance of knowledge transfer in the public sector. The sampling technique used in this study is the purposive sampling method. This manner takes 100 samplSe with a specific set of criteria education staff with a bachelor's degree in five colleges located in Kebumen District, Center Java, Indonesia. The result of the data processing with SPSS 25 shows that partially, the quality of human resource management and information technology competence had a positive effect on the quality of knowledge assets. The result showed that the quality of knowledge assets had positive effects on the performance of knowledge transfer. Finally, quality of knowledge assets roles as an intervening roles in this research

The curriculum in the world of education is a learning plan that will be explained to students in one semester, such as the examples that have been arranged in lesson plans, lesson plans, and lesson plans, each of which has activities or activities in the learning process with the intention of achieving certain goals. One of the important figures in Islamic education is Imam Al-Ghazali. He is a thinker who gives many of his thoughts for the development of the progress of human life and has various kinds of well-known writings. He has ideas related to the concept of a science curriculum which is divided into three basics, namely based on field, based on object and based on legal status. The educational curriculum that he implemented in Islamic education has a number of features that can be used as good references and guidelines in implementing the educational curriculum in the 21st century. So it is not uncommon for many educational centers to use the educational curriculum concept from Al-Ghazali's perspective. So, based on this phenomenon, we took the initiative to examine further the relevance of the educational curriculum from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali to the 21st century education curriculum. Apart from knowing Al-Ghazali's thoughts regarding the Islamic education curriculum, this article also aims to find out the relevance of the educational curriculum from his perspective. and its relevance to education in the 21st century.
