The purpose in this research is
to describing teachers activities in the learning implementation with inquiry
learning model on science at fourth class. Describing the process skill,
knowing the result of students learning process by the inquiry learning model, and
describe student responsibility with inquiry implementation. This research is actually
using classroom action research. The researches have been hold in two cycles,
each cycles consisted of twice meeting, and through four steps are planning,
observation, action and reflection. The subject of this research is student of
4th grade which has 26 students. The research will be held at SDN
Rejeni Krembung Sidoarjo Data in this research was found by observation,
questions and examination. The research uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. By the inquiry learning
model was known in first cycle 72% for teacherâs activity later 86% in second
cycle. The studentâs process skill equals 71% first and 82% in second cycle.
Student activity equals 73% in first and 84% in second, the result of student
examination in first cycle known 73% and 85% for second, and the interesting
student in inquiry implementation equals 89%. All of the result has been taken
equals 80% in succeeded and research result also showed increased each steps.
Based on the description above, it can be concluded that by using inquiry
learning model increase studentâs science process skill at fourth class in SDN
Rejeni Krembung Sidoarjo.

This study aims to determine the differences in perception between accountingstudents start the semester and final semester of the factors that influence careerchoices in terms of financial rewards, professional training, social values, the workenvironment, job security and the labor market and personality. The study wasconducted on 100 students in the first year of the study period and 100-yearstudents at the end of the study program at the Faculty of Economics of AccountingStudies UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Of the 200 respondents to respond to thequestionnaire. Hypothesis testing is done with different test independent sample T-test if the data were normally distributed and using Mann-Whitney test when thedata are not normally distributed. The results showed that perceptions of accountingstudents regarding the factors that influence career choices, it can be concluded thatthere are differences in perceptions of accounting students start the semester andfinal semester as seen from accountants who desire a career in terms of salary orfinancial rewards, professional training, professional recognition, social values, workenvironment and personality. While considerations of labor market concluded thatthere is no difference in the views of accounting students start the semester andfinal semester.Keywords: perceptions and career choices

ABSTRACT The background of this research is about students understanding of mathematical concepts is still low and they prefer copy answers without understand and consider its true. The aims of this research is to know the students understanding of mathematical concepts by implementing cooperative learning model pair exchange technigue is better than the students understanding of mathematical concepts by applying conventional learning in VIII grade SMPN 22 Padang. The kind of this research is experimental research by random design towards the subject. The population in this research was students in VIII grade SMPN 22 Padang in school year 2013/2014. The sample Class were chosen is VIII.8 class as experimental class and VIII.6 class as control class . The instrument which was used is final test which is essay from with reliability is  = 0.89. Based on calculations of data analysis using t-test of the side obtained = 2.50 and = 1.67 . So  >  thus it can be concluded that students understanding of mathematical concepts apply cooperative learning model pair exchange technique is better than the students understanding of mathematical concepts by applying conventional learning in VIII SMPN 22 Padang .

TOEIC which stands for Test Of English for International Communication is one of the tests of proficiency in English that has been well-known and able to be an indicator of the participants skills in using English . In general, this test is divided into two parts , namely an understanding of testing hearing ( listening ) and reading ( reading ) where participants fill in their answers to the answer sheet of paper according to the questions that are heard on the sound and the written media.Formulation of the problem described in this research is how to build an online TOEIC exam application and web-based so as to optimize the test activities and learning through TOEIC exercises become more flexible , effective and efficient . The focus of the research is how to make the process of evaluation and assessment can be done optimally . In this case simplify performance management (administrators) to create questions , streamline time to correct answers and exam participants know the results in a rapid, precise and accurate . From the test results showed that application exercises and web -based TOEIC matter capable of processing data that has been inputted by administrators and present to the participants in accordance with the standards of performance in general . Test results can also be used to provide rapid assessment and analyze the results of the assessment scoring system.Suggestions can be submitted for the development and improvement of this web -based TOEIC test is to think about a better input mechanism to facilitate the user in the process of data input problem. Key words: TOEIC, online exam

β-MnO2 was prepared and used to activate peroxymonosulphate for degradation of aqueous phenol. The sample was characterized by N2 adsorption, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The catalyst is highly effective in heterogeneous activation of PMS to produce sulfate radicals for phenol degradation compared with homogeneous oxidatiom. β-MnO2 could completely remove phenol in 30 min at the conditions of 25 ppm phenol, 0.4 g/L catalyst, 2 g/L PMS, and 25 oC. A pseudo first order model would fit to phenol degradation kinetics and activation energy was obtained as 38.2 kJ/mol.

Abstract: Sago is a potential source of carbohydrates which can be utilized for food diversification to reduce the burden on rice, which is currently not used optimally. One of the processed products from sago which is widely known by the people of Riau Province is sago noodle. This study aims to: (1) analyze the marketing strategy for sago noodles and (2) determine the consumersâ perception on sago noodles in Pekanbaru city and Selat panjang Selatan village, District of Tebing Tinggi, Kepulauan Meranti Regency. The research was conducted at sago noodle producers (cottage agroindustries) area in Selatpanjang Village, as this village is the sago production center in Meranti Regency. The results showed that the producers believe sago noodle is a well-known product and they did not conduct specific marketing strategies, as such that no special promotional efforts have been done to increase consumersâ interest to purchase their sago noodle products. The consumers considered sago noodle could serve as a staple food especially for breakfast, other than as snackfoods and as additional dishes at family gatherings. Based on the frequency of purchase, consumers at Kepulauan Meranti Regency purchased sago noodle more often than consumers at Pekanbaru city. Therefore there is a potential market open for sago noodle marketing to Pekanbaru city and outside Riau Province. Thus, the promotional strategy to introduce sago noodle is very important to increase the consumption of sago noodle, especially for the people in Pekanbaru City and outside Riau Province.
